The 9th delivery of the Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica is an exclusive culinary program where you can enjoy the best of the surprising gastronomy world. In addition to the extensive options you can choose from, you’ll meet top chefs, sommeliers, famous artists, and exhibitors of the moment.
The route contains a lot of attractive activities to include the whole family, such as different workshops, conferences, tastings, exhibitions, and a golf tournament at the beach sunset.

The opening event of this amazing weekend will be held at the gorgeous Greg Norman golf court at Vidanta Riviera Nayarit in which all the invited chefs participate with the teams.
As usual every year we are proud to present a guest of honor; and this time Spain will be present at the event. This European country shares with Mexico great cultural diversity, and as a token of this, 11 Spaniard chefs will share their culinary talents.
The event has 4 days duration, starting on October 29th and the day of closure on November 1st of this year. The event’s main host is Sheraton Buganvillias Resort & Convention Center Puerto Vallarta, a world-class resort with comfortable and luxurious suites for you and your family.
